The shop LOST my tuxedo the week of my wedding! Even though I came in months beforehand they were unable to have my suit ready till one week before. When I got there to pick it up they couldn't find it!! This stress was the last thing we needed before the wedding.The service overall seemed less than polished and I'm not sure if these people really knew what they were doing. My groomsmen said they weren't very responsive and things didn't come together till the last possible minute. I chose this shop because on my first visit the said they would take care of everything including handling all the groomsmen. They made a lot of promises but in the end didn't really live up to the hype.
Pros: Very nice looking in the front, had some good tux's
