On 2 March I ordered an awning for my house based on their claim of great service, quality and prices. Well, NEITHER IS TRUE. They promised to deliver the awning on 15 March, and after SIX WEEKS I still had not received my awning. I called the salesman and he did not want to answer my calls; I called the President (Israel) and he did not even know about my order or who I was!!(?) After two days I called them again and was told that it would be installed in two days, it is already 1 April 2010 and I am still waiting. My next step is to sue them, this is unacceptable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO BUSINESS WITH PERFECTION AWNINGS.
