It took them 3 hrs to tint my windows versus the 1.5 to 2 hr timeframe they originally quoted. They drained my battery by forgetting to turn off the interior light while they tinted my windows. I called and spoke to the owner who accepted zero resonsibility, she just told me that this happens sometimes and then made the idiotic comment that German batteries are not made as well as batteries in the US before rudely hanging up on me. I ended having to get the battery replaced and the computer reset in my car for the price of $209. Choosing this place cost me a lot more in the long run so save yourself the headache and terrible customer service by going to another shop. Simply Awful!!!
