Called Peaden out there and was told $69 to diagnose, but when they got out there they told me to diagnose the problem they would have to do a level1 short test which was $177, they said it was a bad capacitor, which was what I had told them from the begining, and a bad thermostat. They wanted to charge $500 just for a thermostat. A part you can buy at Wal-Mart for $25. When I told them I didn't want that, they refused to hook up my old Thermostat, and keep the breaker off so that I could hook my own up when I got home. They left a bunch of wires sticking out ow my wall. $360 Later and I still don't have a working AC.?
