Swim-Mor Pools, Mt. Ephraim, New Jersey 6/7/2010

I purchased a Swim- Mor pool 8 years ago. Through the years, we have had one problem after another. Can never get them to come out, have even been yelled at by the customer service people. We have lost tile through the years and now most of the tile has fallen into our pool. The coping can be lifted off and there are cracks in the plaster. Not once has the owner of Swim-Mor had enough regard for us to see the pool in person. \r The man at the counter is very rude and unprofessional. (Yelling is not a way to do business with customers) I can say that this company does not stand behind their pool. During warranty they will make every excuse not to come out. They have been awful to deal with and I would never recommend Swim-Mor. This is an honest review of what I have experienced. I have posted a video of my pool on You Tube that represents what this pool has meant for us through the years. We are into a pool that cost nearly $30,000 , and 8 years later we have estimates towards $15,000 to fix the pool. Nothing they say is an excuse for such workmanship. In fact, they like to do a lot of yelling and fighting when you try to get them to even take a look at the pool. Again, at the very least I would think the owner would want to see first hand what our pool looks like. We have maintained our pool properly and have used all the proper chemicals as I have seen in many other posts that Swim-Mor likes to blame the pool owner. I would never recommend this company and no matter where you go to purchase a pool, be sure to do a lot of homework. When recently looking over Swiim-Mor brochures I found it insulting how they write in the literature about having a beautiful, long lasting pool, that gives you years of pleasure.. Maybe I should invite them to a pool party at my house and we can play a game diving for tiles. We have hundreds of pieces of tile that we have collected. Also, the terracota coping that is around the pool can be lifted right up by a 5 year old. Is this what a $30,000 dollar pool should look like after 8 years? Yes, it may sound like a bit of anger here, but how in good faith can this company stay in business. I'm looking forward to hearing more of their excuses in response, again never seeing the pool. Remember a picture is worth a thousand words, so feel free to check out the photos of my pool on You Tube. I hope that not one more consumer goes through the nightmare that we have had with Swim-Mor Pools and Spas, located in Mt. Ephraim, New Jersey. I would be glad to e-mail anyone pictures as well. I have documented an excess of 100 photos. I stand by my convictions and can tell you without hesitation to stay away from this company. Pros: Not one. Cons: Poor, rude customer service. Our pool a disgrace. more
