By far, the WORST customer service EVER! If you are planning on registering or purchasing any item from Babyland in Savoy, do yourself a favor and run the other way as fast as you can. I was in the store trying to register for my baby shower and winessed an employee (I think he may have been the manager) absolutely berate and humiliate a customer who was trying to make a return. I didn't hear their entire conversation, (I couldn't help but notice because he was raising his voice at her) It seemed like she was trying to return something. I don't know what this lady's story was, but there is no excuse for the way this man was treating her. I have worked in retail and realize that some customers can be difficult, but he obviously has no idea how to do business. I've never written a review about a place in my life, but I can't help but want to spread the word after what I witnessed.
