Quality Custom Decks is the real deal. They came out on a Sunday afternoon, discussed our wants, and needs, and provided us with 3 solutions. The result is a 700 square foot deck, with an arbor, that has truly surpassed our expectations. There were some minor hiccups along the way, but you expect that with new construction. Every concern was handled professionally, and to our satisfaction. The install crew was top notch. I waited a few months to write this review in order to insure no negatives popped up. There are none. I would recommend QCD's to anyone. I will be happy to send pictures to anyone who wants to see the final result. I will add that after the project was complete I sent an e-mail with two minor concerns along with pictures. When I got home that evening, they were already fixed.
