just wanted to write and thank Dr.Cecil and his staff for all they did for me My bassett hound Max was diagnosed with lyaringmpnoid cancer and was having some problems so I took him to Dr.Cecil. I got there at 3pm and they quickly started to find the problem. Anyway, he needed alot of tests I just could'nt afford fully but knowing how distressed I was, Dr Cecil said he would work with me. They stayed and worked on Max until 11pm. When it came to the bill I was only charged a portion of what it should have been. I wll never forget the caring
