The woman/women who is the receptionist at this office, is extremely rude. I recently called to schedule my yearly exam, and when I told her this, she said ""um I have no idea what you mean by yearly exam, you mean a physical?"" Anytime I have called, or gone into this office she is short and very rude. Doctors and NP's are ok. But I will change my PCP because the way I feel when I visit/call.
