Called Roto-Rooter plumbers in Hartford right after Memorial Day for replacement of bathroom faucets. The guy on the phone said someone would be there within 1 hour and give a free estimate. The estimate turned out to be very reasonable (I called a few places). So I let him proceed right away and he was polite and professional. The job was perfectly. Everything got completed within several hours after my call. The experience can't be any better.
