I have been a customer for over 2 years.  I took my dog to the Galloway P'etcetera yesterday to have him groomed (same cut as every other visit.  My husband picked him up and when I got home, I realized that they did not groom him the way I had requested (as written on the card).  My husband called and explained to issue to the owner and was told the groomers would be in at 9:30 this morning and to bring our dog back in to get it corrected.  When my husband got there at 9:40 -no groomers and the owner then blamed us for their error (because my husband didn't catch it when the dog was picked up).  I will NEVER take any of my animals back to the place.  What company owner blames a customer (long standing customer) for his employee's error.  He won't do it to us again - they just lost our business forever!
