I own a small plumbing company with only 1 service vehicle. I made an appointment 3 days in advance to have my service vehicle diagnosed minimum and depending repair time length I would reschdule another time to have it repaired . The man over the phone said he could accomidate. It sat for 4 hrs in the same spot with out it even been looked at. The whole experience cost me time and money. So go to 5th gear if you have time and lots of money!!!!!
