I went her for my very first brazilian wax after getting a groupon for one. I was insanely nervous going on because well of course I'm about to get waxed for the first time. I knew going in it was going to hurt and hoped it would be over quickly, I was also really nervous for a complete stranger to see me ummmm down there. Carolina was amazing, she made me feel totally comfortable and not embarrassed at all. Several times she even had me laughing. Don't get me wrong the waxing itself still hurt like hell especially since it was my first time, but the results were soooooooo worth it. I'm scheduling my next appointment as I type this!
Pros: comfort, atmosphere, customer service
Cons: Nothing other than the obvious!
