Recently I had my highlights touched up at Saloon 11 Studios and now my hair looks horrible. The honey blonde highlights I had are now bleach blonde at the roots and look terrible. It is apparent to me that the stylist did not listen to how I wanted my hair done and now I have to pay to have them redone properly at another saloon. This bad experience has definitely turned me away from ever returning to this saloon and I would not recommend it to any I know.\r
