My friends and I have patronized this store on different occasions. We unfortunately have witnessed the moodiness and unpleasantries of the owner. He is one grumpy man! My experience with this shop has discouraged me (and my friends) from returning. Afterall, in the business world it's all about customer service! I now shop online (enjoying 25-30% off as well) and get many of my things shipped free.
