Why do clerks at a chain store act like they are rock stars? It's a joke. This location has a nice manager named Ken. But he has no control over the arrogant, inept employees' behavior. In the past 6 months I've bought an electric and acoustic guitar, amp and multi-effects pedal here and spent a LOT of $ in the process. Both the amp and guitar were lemons. I've chalked the electric guitar up as a project. The amp crapped out a little past the 30 day store limit. But I knew I was supposed to take it there and they'd send it back to Marshall. I have no problem with store policy. I do have a problem with nobody wanting to help after they have your $. Then the fat guy says they won't do anything. I was persistent until 1 employee said they would send it to Marshall. But I was there another 30 minutes waiting for someone to fill out one piece of paper. The rudeness is so irritating. There is a little shop called Pat's Desert music. Try going in there and see the difference in how you are treated before and after you decide to spend $. I recommend staying far away from this Guitar Center. They clearly don't want more business. What a gaggle of losers.
