CR & R is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service,they are unresponsive and rude for the most part. If you ever have a problem with them they can take up to two weeks to respond. The unfortunate problem is they are a monopoly in Orange County especially South Orange County they know they do not have any competition so they treat their customers as there trash disposable!
