Met the DJ we would be having for our wedding, liked him and decided we would move forward with the planning.
3 months later that DJ left. Few weeks after that we received an email from our new DJ and had to schedule another meeting in order to repeat everything we had planned previously. Met with him, determined he should suffice and decided to move forward. He promised to send us a link to online resource where we could plan our music in their system.
Never got link. Tried emailing and calling a few times, no response. Sent an email stating we we're going to go somewhere else and would like them to begin processing our refund.
There was an IMMEDIATE response to that email trying to get us re-engaged. Responded with no thanks, just process our refund. Quick response in return was ""No refunds on Deposits"" and contact information for another person in the organization.
Emailed them stating that we understood deposits are kept if we just randomly cancel, but they messed up and we don't want there service anymore. Also, cancellation is 3 1/2 months out, plenty of time to book another engagement.
No response so far.
Completely incompetent. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back.
Use at your own risk, unless you want to make planning your wedding more difficult than it already is.
