Qiance was great during the first year or so after they opened; then they gradually started going downhill. I'm not sure what happened. Perhaps they took on too many patients and overextended their capacity. Perhaps they were sort of drunk on their success and stopped actively trying to do a good job. Perhaps it was both. In any case, the quality of service really went down over time, and what was once an outstanding practice became just another medical office, with uncaring physicians absent-mindedly providing routine services, constantly distracted and forgetful front-desk staff, and incompetent billing staff. The Qliance model (unlimited primary care for a flat monthly fee) is a great model and it was implemented really well initially, but then they lost their lustre and became just like everyone else. You know the proverb about good intentions...
Pros: affordable primary care
Cons: good intentions gone wrong
