We bought a certified Sienna from them last summer which turned out had been in an accident prior to us. The accident casued a leak in the frame, causing the trunk to be soaked in heavy rains. They ""fixed"" it on thier dime and I was completely happy (although dealing with the service department is a hassle, they stepped up). The car has had a damp, mildew smell since and just last weekend we were in a huge rain and once again the back was soaking wet inside. My husband and I were looking at it and noticed that the rear lights are all screwed up (some work and some only part of the time) so we're thinking there are electrical issues due to the water running through it. I called and talked to someone and he said to come in. They don't have loaner cars that fit three car seats so I was told they'd arrange and pay for a rental from Enterprise. I got there this morning for my appointment and they hadn't even called Enterprise, who it turns out didn't have any large cars available. The manager came and told me they do have a larger car but they save it for their ""gold-custormers"" but they'd let me rent it but I had to pay for it. Then he said I'd also have to pay for any work done on it beacause they fixed it before. He pretty much said it's my fault for not being in a huge rain storm and finding the leak sooner, he seriously asked me why I didn't ""find it until just now."" He had no interest in helping me or even helping me figure out how to handle it, he just kept shaking his head and said they'd gladly call the shop that deals with these issues. I don't need help making a phone call, I need help fixing the car they sold me that was clearly not what they said it was. The service manager was the worst I've ever dealt with.
