Okay so I am far from a ""bridezilla"" but this was literally the only problem we had with our wedding!! I spent my honeymoon emailing back and forth with the owner, Craig, about the services he said were rendered that were not. I hated the fact that I had people from all age groups (adults, older adults, and young people) approach me about the status of the bar. We paid extra for a champagne toast, our guests got a single sip (no exaggeration above or below that) for 7 toasts, it got to the point that they were toasting with water or beer. We paid their prices and were pleased until the day of. I suggest that you do not pay above and beyond for any other services, and I suggest that you do not expect that Craig will approach you as a customer whom he wishes to please once he has gotten paid.
