I usually take my 4-runner to another dealership closer to home for routine service but I was in the Chamblee area and thought I would stop in. I'm sorry I don't recall his name, but he had long dreadlocks pulled back into a ponytail and he was soooo friendly and clear about everything.\r

So I go into the waiting room and it is big and spacious and has these big comfy chairs. I'm thinking ""nap time"" but it didn't take long before he came back in, explained what had been done, and what needs to be done soon - but no pressure at all.\r

Even the cashier was friendly. It was a great experience, and they even pulled my car up to the door for me.\r
