My experience at Drapers was a nightmare! Their unprofessional, rude, ""don't care"" attitude of their staff was shocking! Maybe it's time for them to replace their staff with younger, more ""servicing"" individuals who actually care about customer service and their clients. This family owned business needs some new family members to regain the reputation that they once had! You would think you would get better service at a small, family owned business -- WRONG!
