A group of us went there for a friends birthday, and a few of us ordered their ""dirty parisian"" martini. On the menu they list Grey Goose vodka, but we watched the bartender poor Pearl Vodka for all the martini's. There is a big difference between Pearl & GG vodka, and when you're paying $9/drink you should get what you ask for! So, I suggest you watch the bartenders poor if you specify the type of liquor you want.
Other than that the service is ok, but for Belltown the place is never crowded, the food is good, and the view is great.
Pros: Very nice view, good food
Cons: Did not use liquor as listed on the menu
