Used the company to paint my home and they promised a 5 year guarantee. When I asked them to come back and correct some problems while it was still under the guarantee time frame they were unprofessional in their approach and explanation of how they were going to correct the problems. I had recommended them to my neighbors originally and now I will be retracting that recommendation to friends and neighbors who have the need for their service.
Pros: the original person I dealt with was pleasant
Cons: don't honor guarantee and understand customer service
