The staff is rude and the doctor's are not very well educated and overworked. Unless you are not actually sick (like have a cold or allergies) I would seriously recommend going to a real doctor's office. I waited for over an hour after my appt. time to see a doctor for 6 minutes who concluded that she (Dr. Boyd) did not know what to do...how this place is allowed to use the name ""Duke medicine"" is beyond me.
Pros: Long wait time rude staff
Cons: Uncaring and mildly incompetent doctors
