I interviewed several caterers for a surprise party I was planning for my partner's birthday. As soon as I spoke to Heather I knew she was my first choice. Although my party was small compared to a big wedding, I never felt like it was low on her priority list. And when the guest list went from 45 to 70 people, Heather was quick to adjust.\r

She took charge of the menu which is what I needed since I had many other details to plan. Her use of local and seasonal ingredients made the menu feel more personal. Plus she easily made accommodations for the vegans in our group and my special request for chocolate chip cookies for dessert.\r

Presentation was gorgeous and food was as good as it looked!
