I was looking for something special for my wife's birthday that would be both memorable and easy. Anyone can go to a restaurant but how often can you have it come to you…chef included!
My wife is from the south. There is nothing she loves more than the ultimate comfort food. But a couldn’t make it easy. No it had to be gluten and dairy free. I know I know southern cooking without butter! Chef Mader had her marching orders and they weren’t easy.
Chef Mader brought everything except the wine. My wife and guests sat comfortably in our home and were served a wonderful three course meal that I have no doubt they will remember.
It was a slice of heaven.
Pros: Wonderful food, presentation and service.
Cons: She stopped cooking!
