I've had my hair cut here many times as I tend to wait until I can't stand my hair any more and they are really good about getting you in without an appt. I've seen several stylists in the past without problem, but a few months ago I went and got the new girl. I left with the worst cut ever. I even went home and cut my bangs myself. Months later, after trying other salons, I called back and asked for an appt and indicated that I couldn't remember the stylists names. The person on the phone described the two stylists who had availability, using their hair color and chair location to describe them. Well I ended up with the same girl who had changed her hair and moved to another chair. I watched the customer before me leave upset and should have figured out it was the same girl but unfortunately I ended up having her cut my hair again. I'm fairly easy going. I mean, it's just hair... she butchered my hair. It's too short and the sides aren't even cut the same way or to the same length. I have been trying to just tuck it behind my ear and let it grow out but it won't even lay flat. I'm going to have to get someone to fix this horrible haircut.
Pros: The manager there does good work
Cons: The other staff - not so much
