The service department at Erico is dreadful (at least the ones that take the bikes in, I cannot speak of the techs themselves). Between missed deadlines, broken promises (""your bike will be done in two hours"" turned into a week) and the fact that they didn't do the service I actually brought my bike in for, they are impossible to work with (especially when they tell me to go screw myself after I inform them of my displeasure with their service). The people in sales are decent enough (polite and accommodating). John (the owner) himself is polite as well. Unfortunately, that isn't enough to carry the abysmal service department, hence the one star. I won't go back. Pros: Decent sales people Cons: The entire service department (face people) more
