Rathbun Realty has managed my property for the last 4 years on the eastside of Tucson. We have just recently had to replace the air conditioner on the house & I have to say that I've never been more impressed! Obviously replacing the unit is my responsibilty as an owner, but Rathbun had their HVAC technician replace it. I didn't have to do anything out of my way to get it done as I do not live in Tucson. They have always been wonderful at taking care of my property, but this clearly shows they have my best interest in mind!
