First, I need to apologize to Lam that it took me so long to write this. He is an amazing loan officer and deserved this review immediately following our close back in Fed 2010! We needed a fast turn-around on a mortage and Lam made it all happen. He held our hands through the whole process from beginning to end. Both Lam and Mike made the closing a wonderful experience. Friendly takes a stressful event and makes it a pleasant one. Plus, they offer great rates and different mortage options to suit any home owner.
