We've been with this company for almost a year now. So far the Customer service has been great. They pick up the phone and take time to answer all of questions.
When comparing this company to the other competitors servicing the area, they offer the same amount of pickup at the same price. What separates this company from the other is the people on the other end of the phone. The competitors lag behind in this area.
My only complaint so far, is that once in a while who ever picks up spills trash on the ground and doesn't bother to pick it up.
