I tried out Syeni for a massage a few days before I was getting married. I had a 4pm appointment for a 60 minute massage and arrived a few minutes before 4pm. I squeezed in the small waiting area as there were two customers standing at the counter before me. Both were trying to buy gift cards. I kid you not, I stood there for twenty minutes with no one so much as acknowledging that I was waiting to check in!! Finally when those people were done buying gift cards the front desk woman checked me in and had me fill out paperwork (I could have done that in the 20 minutes I was waiting.). I finally was allowed to go back and meet my masseuse but by now it was well after 4:20. I met the masseuse and she informed me that since I was late my appointment needed to be either completely rescheduled or shortened to half an hour because she had another client coming in at 5!! This was not my fault and I should not have had my appointment compromised because no one felt the need to check me in at the front. So I was already annoyed that I had been standing there for twenty minutes waiting and then I found out that my nice relaxing one hour massage was going to be shortened down to thirty minutes!! Did I mention that I also drove about forty minutes to get to this place!? Horrible customer service. I would never go back or recommend this to anyone. Also while I was waiting a man stylist offered me a free blow-out when I was done with my massage. When I saw him after, he pretended like he couldn't see me and completely ignored me. This place is weird.
Pros: Pretty interior
Cons: Shortened my appointment!!!
