After searching for a good chinese restaurant in Phoenix, I followed teh advice of many reviewers and visited the Bamboo House aka Badfood House. The hot and sour soup was edible, as was the pad thai. Our table ordered the house chicken, mongolian beef, and pad thai. Mongolian beef was so salty it would last a trip across the desert (by foot), and the house chicken was all breading over morsels of fatty chicken. The eggrolls were burned and teh fried rice was just rice with soy sauce. I don't know who actually likes this, but being from teh East Coast where you can get good chinese food, I am informing you that the Bamboo house is a waste of your digestive powers. I resume my search for good Chinese food in Phoenix.
