I went in to have my long-ish bob trimmed. However, instead of a trim, the whole back of my head was cut close like a man's, with chin-length ""flaps"" of hair over my ears. What I left with bears no resemblance to what I looked like when I arrived. They offered to ""fix"" it, but because the hair is cut so short, the only fix was to cut off the rest of my hair into a pixie - not a good look for me. I refused to pay full price, and they agreed not to charge me because the cut is obviously not remotely appropriate for my age, body type and overall style. Stay away.
