After inquiring about a specific property, I received an e-mail response of ""Call for details"". Such a cold and unfriendly response when compared with other local real estate offices. Upon calling for details it was impossible to get Mr.Olasov on the phone..even when I called back at the exact times that his secretary suggested. Frustrated, I attempted to schedule a showing with Mr.Olasov but was quickly turned down because ""that was not the way he does business"". I was instead instructed to view the outsides of the properties and THEN schedule a showing. Seeing that I live out of town and would only be in Charleston for a few days, I said that would be unnecessary but was again told that ""Mr.Olasov does not to business that way."" I hope that Mr.Olasov isn't as much as a tyrant as his staff makes him seem (I wouldn't know because I STILL haven't heard back from him) but his staff alone is reason to STAY AWAY from this real estate office!
