After having a particular brand of shoes suggested by my orthopedic doc, I went to Hilton's (closest outlet) - What a frustrating, infuriating experience. How they are in business I will never know. I was prepared to buy 3 pairs of very expensive shoes - the owner was rude, pretentious, condescending and a jerk. I was prepared to spend about $1000 to help feet that are killing me. I walked out - I read other reviews to find I am not the first for sure. I had returned from a long flight, was tired and not dressed up, so he might not thought I was ""good enough"" to be a customer - I found another shop in Lynwood that carries the brand so I will try there. Hilton's selection is great, but what difference does it make. Don't bother.
