I dropped a pair of shoes off, along with a wallet and belt for what seemed like 15 minutes of repair work. I returned to the store twice, once when the items were supposed to be fixed AND two weeks after.
Both times, they had not even begun fixing my items.
The lady at the counter told me I should have called before coming in to check if the items were fixed. This is absolutely crazy for anyone that wants their customers to be satisfied
Pros: smells like shoe polish inside
Cons: poor/rude service, items not done after a month of waiting
