Been to this place twice and will not be coming back. First time I visited I got a haircut with Shine which turned out ok. However, I was really annoyed that I was upselled to get a conditioning treatment that cost $30 and it did nothing special. I actually get better results using my Loreal leavin than I did with this ""Shea butter"" conditioner. Decided to go back to get highlights from Melody. This was a huge mistake. They charged me $40 more than I was quoted on the phone, the stylist worked on several other people, didn't listen to what I asked for, and I didn't get the results I wanted. Plus, I left salon with half wet frizzy hair because she didn't have time to blow dry and was going to charge me more to do it. I do not recommend this place.
Pros: Got a call after, offered to re-do highlights but I declined
Cons: bad highlights, over booked stylist that did not LISTEN
