So my stylist of the last six years quit to be a full-time Mom. She was the first person I trusted since moving here. I waited as long as I could before I had to find some one new.
I called Tonic and they guy who answered the phone was not only intelligent and poised, but empathetic. He assured me Julie would ease my fears.
He was sooo right. Julie is fun, spunky, and cuts dry (yay!). She listened to my tale of woe and asked me many questions before even shampooing me.
I am now a permanent client. From the phone call reminding me of my appointment to my stylist, everyone is wonderful there.
