Belles and Beaus is the worst run daycare facility that I have ever worked in. I was a teacher there for 2 years it was not a good experience. The director and the front office people were very unprofessional. They love gossip and have favorites. They are very unfair with the way they treat their staff. They will allow the teachers to be over ratio without even caring. I would never recommend anyone takes their children here. Also the owner has been notified numerous times of these terrible things going on and he doesn't do anything to change it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO BELLES AND BEAUS AT RAMPART!!!!!!!!!
