I have lived at 225 Bennett for 44 years with my husband who recently passed away. I asked Management to change the name on their rental bills, from my husband;s name to my name. I was told to submit a death certificate, which I did - an original.
For nine months I have written letters, EMails, telephone calls (ignored), and had my lawyer write letters to Allen (last names not allowed). Everything has been ignored, and I am most distressed. I am now going to resort to legal action, but it should not be necessary.
I also called the bookkeeper to point out that they had not charged me enough rent!!! And this is the treatment I receive.
