I cannot say enough about Pole'iticians Fitness Studio! I was in search of an alternative to the treadmill and weights..........THIS IS IT! I don't mind exercising but the traditional way was so boring to me. I happen to be invited to an open house and was hooked! Although I have no intention of becoming a professional pole dancer but with the wonderful training and encouragement that you get from PFS instructors, it could be an option. This place is neatly tucked away in they gym so you don't have to worry about men; it is strictly an all women class and there's total privacy. My upper body strenghth has increased and I've lost weight and inches! My plan is to be a member for a long time. Please, come join me!
Pros: Great exercise, builds self-esteem & brings the sexy back!
