I called them up about my prob, they gave me a price on phone, took my wheel with a bubble to them, they changed it in 15 minutes flat. Charged me what they quoted me and were very friendly. Great experience. Sorry to hear those other ones. What do you expect from these guys? They do what they can I guess!
