I made an appt for this company to come shred docs. The earliest appt I could get was 3 weeks out - Fine, I took the appt. I am moving to a new state and had quite a bit of shredding to do. I re-arranged movers and hard wood floor construction totally around the shredder. I got married last week & took a 4 day honeymoon cruise so was UNavailable until this morning. The owner, Craig had left me 2 messages telling me that he had a big job in Brighton on Wednesday and needed to move my appt. I called him and told him that would not be possible - we had this appt scheduled for over 3 weeks and all the shredding docs were behind furniture and boxes in the garage - I could not get to them. Craig went on and on about the fact that I did not call him back, I explained that I was unable to even get my messages - I was on a cruise ship. I called him back this am as soon as I landed at the airport. Craig went on to tell me he found it hard to believe that I could not find time to return his call. Bottom Line - we had an appointment - companies either keep them or they do not - this one did not - and felt it necessary to insult me along the way!
