I went to their shop to have my rototiller serviced because it was not functioning properly. I have owned my tiller for 4 years and have had them service it each year. I brought it to their backyard office and was unsure if any of them had a very good command of the English language. I never heard from them for over 3 weeks. I finally called them and they said they left a message. I didn't get a message and gave them a cell number to call. They told me the transmission was the problem. I asked them why and he told me to check my owners manual. A week later I got another phone call letting me know that they can no longer get parts for the transmission. Wow! a 4 year old tiller that they completed all the service on and now they can't get any parts for repair. Why? They don't know, consult your owner's manual. Why would I purchase anything from this shop again?? Cons: Very poor customer service more
