These guys couldn't return a phone call for two weeks. Then the first phone call I get (from the actual owner), the guy calls to schedule but has to call back because he can't find his scheduling book. I hear back from him 24 hours later after hearing him say ""I'll call you right back"". Then, after making the appointment, the guy doesn't show up. His excuse it that ""it's hot"". Unbelievable! Try finding a company that actually gives a darn about customers.
