I came in with one of my rear tires leaking air. Even before I parked an associate came over greeted me, and asked what I was coming in for. He took the keys promptly and said that they would fix it right up.
After no more than 10 minutes spent in their waiting room, stocked with free coffee and popcorn, the same associate who took my keys and performed the work came inside and called my name. He informed me that they pulled out a nail, plugged the tire, and checked the pressure on all of my tires. He then wrote me up a bill for $12.50 but said there was no charge.
