I ordered from the FTD website and upgraded to the "Best" version of the bouquet (19 stems) to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. A couple of days later I visited the hospital and was horrified at what I saw! What Enchanted Florist delivered was a pathetic little clump of flowers containing 4 stems -- that's HALF the amount of what even the BASE version was supposed to contain (8 stems). They were supposed to deliver 19 stems, but delivered 4. This florist didn't just misread the order and deliver the wrong version, they intentionally shorted the design. The didn't even deliver the up-sell balloon that I paid for!!
Pros: Delivered on time
Cons: Cheated me out of 80% of what I paid for (15 stems)
